This policy describes what data VeloFit AI processes and why. It is written to GDPR standards.
Account data
We process your email and name to manage your account and — only if you choose to fill them in — your height, weight and age to refine the biomechanical analysis.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card data. VeloFit never stores full card numbers.
Improving our models
The joint coordinates and posture corrections you make (if you use the manual calibration feature) may be used, in an internally pseudonymized form, to improve the accuracy of our computer-vision models. Before any external or training use, this information is unlinked from your identity.
Your rights
You can request access to your data or its deletion by writing to privacy@velofitlabs.com. For now these requests are handled manually.
